Homemade Popsicles

If your kids are anything like mine, they are begging for ice cream and popsicles every day. I stay away from store-bought popsicles because of high sugar content and artificial flavorings. After some research, I found a way to make healthy and affordable popsicles at home.

Make your own fruit juice in a juicer (preferably slow-masticating for max nutrients). There are numerous combinations, such as some of the ones below.

Ingredients to choose from:

*apple
*pear
*grape
*orange
*watermelon
*kiwi

Purchase BPA free Popsicle Molds.

Directions:

1. Pour the juice into the molds
2. Freeze
3. Serve
